Ingredients:
2 cups Nunweiler’s Flour Wholewheat Flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
(¾ cup) unsalted butter, softened
2 cups brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 can 100% pure pumpkin
Icing:
¼ cup butter
2 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar
2 tablespoons milk, or more as needed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
Directions:
Combine all wet ingredients together and then incorporate all of the dry ingredients. Pour into a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 375 for 45 minutes. Cool & ice. Enjoy!
