Barley Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups Nunweilers Barley Flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add Barley Flour, baking soda and salt and beat on low until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by the spoonful onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-14 minutes or until golden around the edges. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
