Healthy Hearty Granola

Ingredients:

4 cups Nunweiler’s Flour Quick Oats⁠
1 ½ cup raw nuts and seeds⁠
1 teaspoon fine-grain sea salt ⁠
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon⁠
½ cup melted coconut oil⁠
½ cup maple syrup or honey⁠
1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁠
⅔ cup dried fruit and coconut flakes⁠

Directions:

Bake at 350 for 20-35 minutes until golden brown. Serve over Greek yogurt with a few fresh berries for the perfect balanced start to your day! ⁠
