Barley Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/2 cups of Nunweiler’s Barley Flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

1 cup light brown sugar

1/4 cup coconut milk

1 tablespoon ground golden flax seed

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup dark chocolate chips

Combine wet and dry ingredients separately and then mix together. Scoop onto baking sheet, leaving two inches in between each cookie. Bake at 350 for only 6 minutes. Cool & enjoy!
