Ingredients-
1 (15-ounce) can of pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1 cup coconut oil
⅔ cup water
1.5 cups of honey
3 ½ cupsNunweiler’s Flour Whole Wheat Flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until cooked through. Cool & enjoy!
