Ingredients
- 8 cups fresh, frozen or canned peaches.
(about 6 cups chopped, leave remaining sliced)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 1/2 cups Nunweiler’s Thick Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Nunweiler’s Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1/2 cup butter, cold and cubed
Preheat oven to 350F. In a 9×9” baking dish, stir together peaches (peeled and sliced), sugar and corn starch until coated.
In a medium bowl, combine oats, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, and cold butter with hands, until combined. Crumble oat mixture over fruit in dish And press down slightly.
Bake for 30-50 minutes or until oats are golden brown and the filling Is bubbling. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
