Joelene’s Pumpkin Loaf

Ingredients:
2 cups Nunweiler’s Flour Wholewheat Flour ⁠
½ teaspoon salt⁠
1 teaspoon baking soda⁠
½ teaspoon baking powder⁠
1 teaspoon ground cloves⁠
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon⁠
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg⁠
(¾ cup) unsalted butter, softened⁠
2 cups brown sugar⁠
2 large eggs⁠
1 can 100% pure pumpkin⁠

Icing:⁠
¼ cup butter⁠
2 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar⁠
2 tablespoons milk, or more as needed⁠
1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁠
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice⁠

Directions:⁠
Combine all wet ingredients together and then incorporate all of the dry ingredients. Pour into a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 375 for 45 minutes. Cool & ice. Enjoy! ⁠
