Ingredients-
3 Tbsp. Instant Coffee
1 Tbsp. Boiling Water
1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Large Egg
2 Cups Nunweiler’s Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Salt
Directions-
Mix instant coffee and boiling water until completely dissolved. Add in all wet ingredients and mix together and then add all dry ingredients. Mix well. Form dough into a ball and let chill in the fridge. Roll out and cut cookie shapes. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
