Ingredients:
½ cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 and ¼ cups Nunweiler’s Flour Oat Flour
1 and ¼ Nunweiler’s Flour Oats
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Line two large cookie sheets. Cream together butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the egg, molasses and vanilla and mix until well combined. Add the baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and combine. Mix in the oats and oat flour until fully incorporated. Fold in your add-ins. Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough and place on your prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8-11 minutes until the edges are set and very lightly browned. The centres will be soft.
