Super Healthy Morning Glory Muffins

Ingredients:

2 cups of Nunweiler’s Whole Wheat Flour

2 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cup grated carrot

1 cup grated apple

1/2 cup coconut flakes

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

1/3 cup sunflower seeds

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup orange juice

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup gold raisins or dried cranberrie

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375.

Mix all wet and dry ingredients separately. Combine both the wet and the dry ingredients together and fold in the carrot and apple. Drop into muffin tin.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
