Light Spelt Flour
Light Spelt Flour has been slightly refined from our Whole Grain Spelt Flour. A portion of the outer bran has been polished and sifted off for a lighter texture.
Use this ancient grain in any recipe calling for wheat flour. By reducing the liquids, decreasing the mixing time and increasing the fermentation time you can make Italian pizza crust in your own kitchen. Delizioso.
