Description
Organic Whole Grain Barley Flour is milled from Canadian grown hull-less barley kernels. It has a sweet, almost nutlike flavour. Barley flour does not have the same heavy texture that is associated with most whole grain flours. It is low in gluten so it is not great for breads. With being high in soluble and non-soluble fiber, it can assist with lowering cholesterol.
